At Delivery Baba, we aim to provide fresh, high-quality groceries and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • Items are missing from your order

Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen products are only eligible for return if there is a quality issue at the time of delivery.

2. Timeframe for Requests

  • All return or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • For perishable goods, issues should be reported immediately upon delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items that have been used or partially consumed

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

  • Personal care or hygiene items once opened

4. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact our customer support via app, website, or WhatsApp

  2. Provide your order ID and details of the issue

  3. Share photos (if required) for verification

Once approved, we may:

  • Arrange a pickup for the item, or

  • Ask you to dispose of the product (for low-value/perishable goods)

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed once the return is approved

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method or Delivery Baba wallet

  • Refund timeline: 3–7 business days (depending on payment method)

6. Replacement Policy

  • If available, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement delivery will be scheduled at the earliest possible time

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible
