Return & Refund Policy – Delivery Baba
At Delivery Baba, we aim to provide fresh, high-quality groceries and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:

The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery

You received the wrong item

Items are missing from your order
Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen products are only eligible for return if there is a quality issue at the time of delivery.
2. Timeframe for Requests

All return or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

For perishable goods, issues should be reported immediately upon delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products without original packaging

Items that have been used or partially consumed

Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

Personal care or hygiene items once opened
4. Return Process
To request a return or refund:

Once approved, we may:

Ask you to dispose of the product (for low-value/perishable goods)

Amount will be credited to the original payment method or Delivery Baba wallet

Refund timeline: 3–7 business days (depending on payment method)
6. Replacement Policy

If available, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund

Replacement delivery will be scheduled at the earliest possible time
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible
