At Delivery Baba, our goal is to bring fresh groceries and daily essentials right to your doorstep safely and on time. Please read our Delivery Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Delivery Coverage Area
Currently, Delivery Baba exclusively serves customers within Berhampore, West Bengal, and selected surrounding pin codes.
- You can check if we deliver to your specific area by entering your pin code on our website or app during checkout.
- Orders placed outside our active delivery zones will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Delivery Timings and Slots
We offer scheduled deliveries to ensure you receive your groceries at a time that is convenient for you.
- Time Slots: During checkout, you will be prompted to select a delivery time slot from the available options for that day or the following day.
- Order Cut-offs: Same-day delivery slots are subject to availability and specific cut-off times. Orders placed late in the evening will generally be scheduled for the next day.
3. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery Fee: A nominal delivery fee of depending on products bought.
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders with ₹ 99 Membership Year
- Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed in your cart before you confirm payment.
4. Receiving Your Order
- Availability: Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address during your chosen time slot to receive the order.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: If our delivery executive cannot reach you at the address or via phone after reasonable attempts, the order will be returned to our store. A redelivery may incur additional charges, or the order may be canceled (perishable goods may not be refunded).
- Contactless Delivery: You can request contactless delivery in the delivery instructions. Our executive will leave the packages at your door and notify you. (Applicable for prepaid orders only).
5. Inspection and Missing/Damaged Items
- We encourage you to inspect your order at the time of delivery.
- If you find any damaged items, incorrect products, or missing items, please return them immediately to the delivery executive for an instant adjustment to your bill (for COD) or a prompt refund (for prepaid).
- If you notice an issue after the delivery executive has left, please contact our customer support within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 12 hours] with photos of the damaged items for a resolution.
6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
While we pride ourselves on punctuality, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, heavy traffic, political rallies, or vehicle breakdowns. In the event of a significant delay, our support team will proactively contact you to provide an updated ETA or reschedule the delivery.
